Hebei Guonai Electromechanical Device Co.,Ltd is a large high-tech industrial pump manufacturer specializing in the research, development,production and sales of slurry pumps and wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, and OEM processing. The company covers an area of more than 40,000 square meters. The total design production capacity of the company is 10,000sets per year, and the annual production of various high chromium alloy casting is 2,000tons. There are five production zones, one reservoir and two centers in the production zone, namely, mould casting, grinding and heat treatment, fine machining , forging and welding , assembling and painting spare parts warehouse of finished products, quality inspection analysis and hydraulic test of the whole machine. The main materials of the products are : A05,A49,A33,A51 and other high chromium wear-resistant while cast iron. The new technologies of CFD and CAPP are used in the development design and process of the products. All the casting are resin sand moulding the new lost foam casting technology is introduced. The largest casting can be poured at one time is 8-10tons. The heat treatment workshop has two 20 cubic resistance heat treatment furnaces, and the machine-adding workshop has 4.2M and 4.5M large vertical. In addition, the company also has various hoisting and lifting equipment, metal cutting and welding equipment, impeller horizontal adjustment equipment, mould moulding equipment, sandblasting and grinding equipment, impurity pump high-pressure test station with ISO9906 accuracy, supporting various high-precision detection equipment, analysis instruments and so on.
