Beijing Botai steel structure engineering company limited (shorted as BOTAI Steel Structure) was founded in 2003,and our registered capital was up to RMB 80 Million. With 20-year-sparing efforts, we have developed into a domestic leading specialized Architecture Contractor company with design, research, manufacturing, and assembly.
Our company headquarter is located in Changping District, Beijing. To meet the Chinese government's call as " to develop Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei Province as one unity", we built up our new manufacturing base in Hebei Province. Our new base went into operation in September 2015, covering an area of 120,000 m2, of which 6000m2 newly established research and multiple-use office building,36000m2 steel structure manufacturing work shop,18000 m2 , composite plate and integrated house workshop, 15000m2new material workshop.
We have set up a complex construction system consisting of 8 senior engineers,6 intermediate engineers,10 level I registered construction engineers,82 technical workers,32 research staff,more than 300 workers and obtained many national patents.
We produce more than 50 thousand tons of steel structure , more than 1.2 million square meters of compact thermal plate and integrated housing annually and realized a revenue of 890 million yuan,generating more than 300 jobs and an annual export volume of 6 million US dollars.
The company is also certificated with grade II steel Construction project specialized contractor qualification,grade III qualification for general contracting of Construction Engineering,foreign project contractor qualification.And recognized as director unit of world outstanding Chinese merchant association,director unit of China steel structure association,member unit China architecture metal structure association,member unit of China building material enterprise management association and level 3A credit enterprise,taking the lead through the ISO9001 quality management system certification.The company won the title of national high tech enterprise ,Zhongguancun high-tech enterprise and many other prizes.
The company has purchased high power laser cutting machine, integrated welding and calibration machine,double wire cantilever welding machine,drill and saw automated joint production line,guarantee the accuracy and quality of the product,won wide acclaim.
The supporting system is the supplemental products of the steel structure,the company proved the series of the color pressure plate,color thermal compact plate,truss floor slab and so on.
Temporary housing system has been developing rapidly in the recent years,the 'prefabricated in the factory and installed on site' model has been more and more favored by the developers and constructors.The single-storey container house and multi-storey container house and the corollary multi-use house can be combined freely for residence,office,meeting room,toilet,stalls,supermarket and so on.
The reinforcing system is the latest developed product.It is a wood substitute steel product which is researched based on the traditional product.It is featured as light weight,good shape ability,easy to use, and reused.It has won two national patent and new product prize in the industry for 2 consecutive years.
